We enjoyed our time here at the Lodge so much that we added an extra day! This place was luxe, clean, and comfortable. The service was outstanding, the food and drinks were on point, and they had so much for the kids to stay entertained and happy. We loved all the little surprises and perks that were thoughtfully bestowed. The only thing we were a little sad about was not being able to say goodbye to our favorite front desk staff member, Thomas, before we left. In fact, every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, hospitable and obliging. Special shoutout to our favorite butlers- Austin and Cade, our kids felt like royalty and had the most wonderful time! They said it was better than Disney!! This resort is made special because of its dedicated workers; we appreciate you all and hope to be back again! Thank you x100

My family and I frequent Nemacolin as much as possible, every stay and experience has been absolutely incredible. The list of activities is a mile long, the hospitality is over the top, and the resort is beautiful, up to date, and always spotless. I can't say enough good things about the resort. We have stayed in 2 of the 3 hotels and even had a birthday party there for one of my daughters, and again the staff went above and beyond. Can't wait for our next stay
